Rose Retirement's Coffee Cruise-In
Join us for a morning of community and support at Rose Retirement Financial Services’ Coffee Cruise-In on April 26th from 8am to 10am at 305 W. Loop 281 Longview, Tx 75662. As we come together, we will feature a raffle for a miniature helmet autographed by Nascar Legends Dale Earnhardt Jr, Chase Elliot, Kasey Kahne, and Jimmi Jonhson, adding excitement to our gathering. Notably, all registrants will receive a free entry into the mini helmet raffle. In addition, we will host a 50/50 raffle, with all proceeds from the event dedicated to benefiting the House of Hope Shelter for women and children, furthering our commitment to giving back to the community.
Registration for the event is free, allowing all to participate in this meaningful cause. As a token of appreciation, attendees will also have the chance to win door prizes generously provided by our event sponsors ProGlow, Day Motorsports, Lone Star Super Gas, and Papacitas, enriching the experience for all who join us. Rose Retirement’s Coffee Cruise-In Event Itinerary:
Join us for a morning of fun and generosity at the Rose Retirement Coffee Cruise-In Event. Here’s what you can expect during this special two-hour gathering:
8:00 am – 8:15 am: Welcome and Introduction
- All attendees will be warmly welcomed to the event, and an introduction to the purpose and goals of the event will be provided.
- We will acknowledge our generous event sponsors: ProGlow, Day Motorsports, Lone Star Super Gas, and Papacitas.
- We will also share a brief overview of the House of Hope and the charitable cause we are supporting.
8:15 am – 8:45 am: Mini Helmet Raffle
- We will sell tickets for the mini helmet raffle, featuring autographs by Nascar Legends Dale Earnhardt Jr, Chase Elliot, Kasey Kahne, and Jimmi Jonhson.
8:45 am – 9:15 am: Door Prize Drawings
- Every 10 minutes, we will hold door prize drawings and distribute prizes generously provided by our event sponsors.
9:45 am: 50/50 Raffle Drawing
- We will announce the winner of the 50/50 raffle and acknowledge their contribution to the House of Hope Shelter for women and children.
9:30 am – 9:45 am: Main Prize Drawing
- Get ready for the excitement as we draw and announce the winner of the main prize.
9:45 am – 10:00 am: Closing and Acknowledgments
- A recap of the event and its impact on the House of Hope will be provided.
- We will express our gratitude for the support and contributions of our sponsors and thank all attendees for their participation and support.
- We’ll encourage further engagement with Rose Retirement Financial Services.
